YOGA 90

A class of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, each repeated twice, in a room heated to 40°C with 40% humidity. This environment helps detoxify the body, soften the muscles and joints, and deepen your practice.
 

BIKRAM 60/75

This is a shorter version of Bikram 90, where you will enjoy the same benefits. However, in this version, the duration and frequency of the postures are adjusted to fit a 75- or 60-minute class.
