VINYASA YOGA

A flow of poses with synchronized breathing that combines strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, cardio, and concentration. Of course, we add heat to go deeper into the practice. Classes range from 60 to 75 minutes.

POWER VINYASA 

This class is for intermediate to advanced practitioners who want to take their Vinyasa practice to the next level. It features a fast pace, with variations and asanas adapted to your level.
