All our teachers are qualified for the yoga styles and classes we offer, attending the Bikram Yoga Collega of India as well as other institutions. These studies have been applied and developed in various locations in the international and local community of Hot Yoga, bringing lots of knowledge and experience into our classes, leaving you with the best possible care.

MIRANDA
Pilates, Bikram, Vinyasa
In 2003, I was living in Hong Kong, working there can be stressful and I was carrying a knee injury from my active lifestyle. I started practising yoga and found it challenging and beneficial in my life not only for my physical but also mental health. I completed the Bikram Yoga College of India Teacher Training in Hawaii, 2007. Later Sivananda Teacher Training at Madurai, India and Inferno Hot Pilates in Mallorca.

SERGIO
Bikram, Vinyasa
In 2005, when working with the National Drama Center I was diagnosed with respiratory failure. I began searching for a way to counteract it, and this is when I found Bikram Yoga. Soon I could feel the benefits and my quality of life improved. In 2009, in Las Vegas, I attended the Bikram Yoga College. I have also received Vinyasa Flow Teacher Certification from the Yoga Evolution School in Spain.

FREDERIEKE

Movement, nature and yoga have been part of my life forever and I took my first (kids) yoga class with 6 years old. I'm interested in the possibilities of the physical body, spiritually and self-development. After a corporate career I am now living my biggest dream to contribute to other people's well-being. I've followed my teacher training at Arhanta Yoga Ashrams and I've been internally educated within Hot Yoga Barcelona.

ANTONINA
Reception
My interest in health and well-being already started in Ukraine, where I’m from, and thanks to Hot Yoga Barcelona I’ve discovered the world of yoga. It has changed my mindset, the way I see the world and my body is asking for more and more yoga as well. I hope it will also change your lives and I love to share my knowledge of yoga with all of you at reception. It’s my goal to help each and every one of you to find some balance between mind and body. If you have any questions or doubts, I’ll give you all the information I’ve got and I hope to see you soon in the studio!

Power Vinyasa
I view yoga as a journey inward to understand yourself and the pieces of life that we have no control over. We are always growing, changing and working to be more conscious and act with intention and authenticity. As in life and yoga, some days the journey is an easy road and other days it is not, and if we can keep moving forward we will find the way. I have been practicing yoga since 2005, and I completed my Yoga training in 2016 in Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Sculpt. As a teacher, I love to center my classes around an affirmation including a complementary playlist that will help guide you and leave you feeling rejuvenated in my mind, body and spirit.

Warm Yin, Bikram
Yin yoga gives us the chance to pause, to breathe, to turn inwards and to be totally in the present, exploring all that life offers. I've been trained in both vinyasa and yin yoga in 2021 and I have already seen so many students benefits from the slow practice of yin.

Located close to Casa Vicens in the neighbourhood of Gracia (Barcelona), Hot Yoga Barcelona is a studio that supports and fosters a sense of mindfulness and peace. We offer an experience that uses Hot Yoga to counter the stresses of work and daily activities, inspiring people to be happier and healthier.
Our yoga room temperature is 40°C and 40% humidity. This environment enhances many of the benefits yoga already offers, as well as a few others. You may find improvements in lower body strength and balance, increased range of motion, reduce the risk for cardiovascular diseases, improve your mental clarity and focus, better quality of sleep, eat more healthy and feel more motivated, help breathing patterns, as well as lower stress levels, which can accumulate in your life.
Hot Yoga Barcelona has classes for various experiences levels, from the traditional Bikram Yoga 90-minute class as well as a shorter 60-minute class, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, and Beginners Yoga.
